What’s the minimum order quantity?

It depends on the lot. Some move as a single pallet, some only as a full truckload, and plenty sit in between. Where a SKU has a set MOQ, the catalog shows it; where it doesn’t, the MOQ is set per lot and we’ll tell you what it is when you ask.

How do I see live lots and pricing?

Live lots and pricing sit in the buyer portal. Request access, tell us the categories, quantities, and regions you move, and we set you up after reviewing the request. We don’t publish prices on the public site — a price belongs to a specific lot, count, and date, not to a web page.

What are your payment terms?

Terms are agreed per deal and put in writing before anything moves, and the invoice comes from Impactful Ventures. Tell us how you normally pay and we’ll tell you what works on that lot.

Do you handle freight?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We arrange dock-to-dock freight across the 48 contiguous states — palletized, shrink-wrapped, and counted — with FOB terms set per deal. Freight is costed into the quote up front, so the number you approve is a landed number.

What condition are the goods in?

Accepted Answer

Primarily new overstock and closeouts in original packaging. Condition is stated per lot on the manifest in the trade’s own vocabulary — shelf pulls, customer returns, and damaged packaging are called what they are, before you commit — and we reconcile counts against the seller’s photos before a lot is offered. If a manifest doesn’t reconcile, the lot doesn’t reach buyers.

Can I inspect a lot or pick it up myself?

The desk is freight-first: most lots move on carriers we book. Inspection and buyer pickup are per-deal arrangements — ask while the lot is being quoted and we’ll tell you what that lot allows.

I have surplus to sell. How does that work?

Send the product list, unit counts, where the goods sit, and your ask. We price against live resale data and come back with a real number quickly, then handle freight dock-to-dock. The sell-inventory page has the form and the details.

Where does your inventory come from?

Accepted Answer

Retailers, distributors, and manufacturers moving surplus, overstock, closeouts, shelf pulls, and canceled orders. Sources stay confidential — that is the blind protocol, and it is the reason sellers keep bringing us goods.

Do you share who your sellers or buyers are?

Accepted Answer

Never. Blind works both ways: your customers don’t learn where a lot came from, and our sellers don’t learn who bought it. The paperwork traveling with the freight names neither side.

What does “blind” actually mean on a shipment?

Accepted Answer

It means the freight arrives without telling anyone where it came from. Labels and the paperwork that travels with the pallets carry no seller identity, and we book the carrier so the routing does not give it away either. Sellers get to move surplus without a channel conflict, and buyers keep the source of their edge to themselves.

How fast do lots move?

Fast enough that the list matters. A lot is offered to the approved buyers whose lanes it fits as soon as it clears verification, and inventory rotates weekly — what is on the dock this week is usually not what is there next week. That is the whole reason first look goes to the portal instead of a public page.

Do you sell to consumers?

No. We are a wholesale desk: pallets and truckloads sold to businesses that resell. We do not sell single units, and we have no retail storefront. If you are buying to resell, request buyer access and tell us what you move.
