What we dowith what you send us.
Last updated August 5, 2026
Short version: we collect what you type into a form, we use it to answer you and to do the deal, and we do not sell it or hand it to anyone who is not helping us deliver the service.
- 01
What this policy covers
This policy covers impactfulventures.org — the pages on this site and the forms on them. Impactful Ventures is a wholesale distribution company based in Casper, Wyoming. We sell to businesses, not consumers, and this site exists to start business conversations.
- 02
What we collect
We collect only what you send us. That is:
- Contact and quote requests: your name, company, email, phone, the lot or SKU you are asking about, and your message.
- Sell-inventory submissions: the product details, unit counts, location, and asking price you provide, plus your contact details.
- Buyer portal access requests: the business details you submit so we can review the request.
- Email you send us directly, and our replies.
- Standard server request logs kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
- 03
What we use it for
We use what you send to reply to you, to quote and transact a deal, and to keep the records a wholesale business has to keep. If you request buyer access, we use your submission to review whether you are a wholesale or trade buyer.
We do not use your information to build marketing profiles, and we do not add you to consumer mailing lists.
- 04
What we never do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers.
Discretion also runs to the deal itself: we do not disclose who our sellers or buyers are. Sources and counterparties stay confidential — that is the blind protocol, and it applies to your information the same way it applies to a lot.
- 05
Service providers
A small number of providers process information on our behalf so this site can work. Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend, and the site itself is served by our hosting provider. If you hold a buyer portal account, the systems behind the portal process your account details for that purpose.
These providers may only use the information to deliver their service to us.
- 06
Cookies and analytics
This site does not run analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies. Nothing here follows you across the web. If that ever changes, we will say so on this page before it does.
The buyer portal uses cookies strictly to keep you signed in.
- 07
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period after, so we can pick up where we left off. Deal records — quotes, manifests, invoices, freight paperwork — are kept as long as our business, tax, and legal obligations require.
- 08
Your choices
Email deals@impactfulventures.org to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will honor deletion requests except where we are required to keep a record of a completed transaction.
You can also simply stop sending us information; nothing on this site tracks you if you do not fill in a form.
- 09
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect what you send, including encrypted transport and access limited to the people who work the deals. No transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, so please do not send bank details, payment credentials, or sensitive personal information through the forms on this site.
- 10
Business use only
This site is intended for businesses and the people who work for them. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
- 11
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update the page and the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
- 12
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
