Using this site

These terms govern your use of impactfulventures.org, operated by Impactful Ventures of Casper, Wyoming. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

The site is informational

This site describes the kind of inventory we buy and sell and how we work. It is not a store. Nothing on it is a price, a quote, or an offer to sell, and no page here creates a binding commitment on either side.

Catalog and brand pages show representative inventory. Lots rotate, and what is shown may not be available. Live lots and pricing are shared with approved buyers through the buyer portal, tied to a specific lot, count, and date.

Deals are governed by their own paperwork

Every transaction runs on its own written terms: the quote, the manifest, the freight and FOB terms agreed for that deal, and the invoice. Those documents control.

If anything on this site conflicts with the paperwork for a specific deal, the deal paperwork wins.

Who we sell to

We sell to wholesale and trade buyers — retailers, exporters, online sellers, and distributors — by the pallet and by the truckload. We do not sell to consumers and we do not ship single units.

Buyer portal access is granted at our discretion after we review a request, and it may be declined or withdrawn.

Brands and trademarks

Product names, brand names, and logos are the property of their respective owners. We reference them to identify genuine goods we buy and sell — nominative use, nothing more.

Nothing on this site implies affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from any brand owner, and Impactful Ventures does not act as any brand's sales channel or claim any appointment from one.

Accuracy and availability

We work to keep the site accurate, but inventory moves faster than web pages. We do not warrant that content here is complete, current, or error-free, and we may change or remove any of it without notice. The site may also be unavailable from time to time.

No warranty on site content

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Any warranty relating to goods — condition, counts, or fitness — is a matter for the written terms of the specific deal, not for this site.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Impactful Ventures is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this site, or for any decision made in reliance on content published here. Liability arising from a transaction is governed by the terms of that transaction.

Acceptable use

When using the site, do not:

• Submit false, misleading, or third-party information through the forms.
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-copy the site or its images for republication.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the buyer portal or any system behind it.
• Interfere with the operation of the site or use it to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.

Where we link to a third-party site, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or practices. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave here.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts serving Wyoming are the venue for any dispute about the site or these terms.
